Eligible products will only be accepted for return under the following conditions:
The items are packaged in their original bag/box/etc.
Any labels/logos and tags attached to the products must be preserved.
Products must be in new condition.
A product is not eligible for a refund if it has been opened, damaged in any way, or used for health and safety reasons. If you purchased using the cash on delivery option and decide to return the item(s), a 2% administrative fee will be deducted, and the amount will be refunded within 15 business days. If you purchased using a credit/debit card, a 2% administrative fee will be deducted.
